At PustakStore, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled on our platform.
Eligibility for Returns
Books may be eligible for return under the following conditions:
- Incorrect book delivered
- Damaged or missing pages at the time of delivery
- Wrong edition or title received
Books purchased in good condition from other users may not be returnable unless they fall under the conditions above.
Return Window
Customers can initiate a return request within 3 days of delivery. Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed once the returned book is received and verified.
- Refunds are generally issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or wallet credit.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain books may not be eligible for return, such as clearance-sale items, heavily marked or customized books, or items specifically marked as “Non-Returnable.”
Exchange Policy
If you receive the wrong title or damaged product, we may offer a free replacement subject to availability.
